From a single parcel of 90- year-old vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts for 8 months in a combination of neutral oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks, then in bottle for 4 months before release.
A floral nose of white flowers, crushed rocks, and fresh citrus blossoms. Smooth, supple, vibrant and fresh in the mouth, with flavors of white peach, almonds and Lychee nut. Shows great length, structure, and balance. Nuanced and delicious.
