Cramant, Oger and Mesnil sur Oger. His wines are pure, elegant, powerful and brilliant.
The 2007 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs shows a nose of white orchard fruits, fresh bread and honey, Fresh, pure, bright and focused on the palate, with great structure and fruit, with flavors of peach, Asian pear, hints of
ginger and spices, great mouthfeel, tension and energy. 100% Chardonnay from the hillside of the Cote de Blancs. Full malolactic fermentation. 2g/l dosage.
